A logistics company in Lübeck is seeking an individual proficient in handling transportation orders across Europe. The ideal candidate has experience in freight forwarding, strong communication skills, and a good network within the logistics industry. Proficient German and English are required. Responsibilities include customer interaction, order processing from pickup to invoicing, and resolving complaints. This role is essential for maintaining service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in a freight forwarding/logistics company is essential.
- Good network with railway, ferry, and trucking companies is preferred.
Responsabilités
- Maintain close contact with customers and subcontractors.
- Manage transport orders by various means across Europe.
- Process orders from pick up to invoicing.
- Handle customer complaints and provide service.
Connaissances
- Close contact with customers, subcontractors, and colleges in other countries
- Creation and booking of transport orders by rail, ferry, and road solutions in Europe
- Order processing from pick up and transport to invoicing
- Handling customer complaints/ Customer service
- Experiences from a freight forwarding/logistics company
- Good network of contacts with railway, ferry & trucking companies
- Good German and English skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
