This position is currently offered as a part-time role based in Berlin; however we are also open to full-time arrangements.

We are part of the Progyny Inc family. Our mission is to make fertility, pregnancy and family‑forming care accessible everywhere. As part of our expansion into pregnancy support we are looking for a compassionate, proactive and clinically experienced Pregnancy Care Expert to guide members and support our team with world‑class care.

• Conduct 1:1 video consultations with members, educating them on fertility, pregnancy and menopause topics.
• Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider, schedule appointments and provide ongoing concierge support.
• Address member inquiries proactively, researching and presenting high‑quality solutions tailored to their unique needs.
• Conduct in‑depth research on country‑specific legislation and medical landscapes related to fertility, pregnancy and menopause.
• Audit and support the creation of pregnancy care content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Help train and mentor Member Care Experts to strengthen their knowledge of pregnancy and fertility care.
• Regularly update our platforms knowledge databases with the latest information on relevant healthcare practices and legal frameworks.

• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Empathy: High emotional intelligence, a compassionate approach and a genuine passion for supporting people through sensitive life stages.
• Adaptability: Quick learner who embraces new topics and continuously expands knowledge in fertility, adoption and surrogacy.
• Organisation: Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritisation skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Collaboration: Thrives both independently and in a team with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Commitment to supporting people from diverse backgrounds, especially in fertility and family‑forming journeys.

• Certified midwife or registered fertility nurse with hands‑on patient experience.
• Confident, kind and communicative with a natural ability to make people feel at ease.
• Comfortable in collaborative dynamic environments.
• Experienced in or highly interested in virtual care and digital health.

• Knowledge of global pregnancy practices.
• Experience in a customer care role.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in at least one of Hebrew, Italian or German.
• Additional fluency in these languages is a strong plus.
