Your role - here you can make a difference

• You take over the entire process - Your process! Your workpiece! Your result! From programming to the final workpiece on lathes and milling machines (Mazak, Weiler, DMG, etc.) in express, prototype and tool production.

• You plan, prioritize and manage your orders independently to ensure on-time production.

• Quality is in your hands - you ensure that every component meets the highest requirements.

• Your contribution goes beyond your daily work - through your commitment and ideas, you actively shape improvements to workflows and processes throughout the company.

• You make suggestions for the continuous optimization of production in order to constantly increase efficiency and quality.

Your profile - we will support you on your way

• You have completed vocational training in the metal sector, e.g. as a cutting machine operator (f/m/d), industrial mechanic (f/m/d), skilled metal worker (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification.

• You are interested in working with high-quality materials and are prepared to deal with challenging materials such as stainless steels - if you would like to learn more, we will be happy to support you.

• You have manual dexterity and a good technical understanding. You see digitalization as an opportunity to work even more efficiently and precisely. CNC programming skills are an advantage, but not essential - more important is your willingness to develop further.

• You can read technical drawings and have good spatial awareness.
