As a B2B Marketing Manager (f/m/x) at bonial, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies geared towards our business customers - from large retail chains to innovative brand partners. You will position bonial as a thought leader in the retail media sector and strengthen our visibility in relevant channels.
Your responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Developing marketing strategies to address business clients
Positioning the bonial brand within the B2B market
Content Marketing:
Creating target group-specific content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and infographics
Leading content initiatives including bonial website relaunches and extensions
Managing the bonial B2B newsletter and ensuring consistent application of corporate identity
Campaign Management:
Using performance marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads) to drive campaign effectiveness
Booking ads in relevant digital trade publications (e.g., Horizont, Lebensmittelzeitung)
Trade Fairs & Event Management:
Organising bonial’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and networking events (e.g., booth setup, speaker slots, sponsorship packages)
Planning bonial-hosted B2B events (e.g., Bonial Retail Summit)
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
Analysing insights and translating findings into strategic recommendations
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Planning and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns (e.g., via LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars)
Collaborating with the Sales team to qualify leads and support pipeline growth
Reporting & KPIs:
Defining and tracking relevant KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness
Conducting regular performance reviews and identify areas for optimisation
Your profile:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a technology-driven or digital environment
Experience with marketing technologies (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven experience in planning and executing events and industry trade fairs
Strong sense for relevant content and very good communication skills in both German (level C1-C2) and English
Independent and structured way of working and a high degree of initiative
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
