We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to contribute to designing and building scalable SaaS products within our AI Lab. In this role, you’ll combine product management experience with strategic vision to build AI-powered products that will help transform our clients’ business models and enable their growth.

• Manage SaaS product development – define product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure the product is viable, feasible, and desirable.
• Use agile ways of working, coordinate team ceremonies
• Identify and prioritize needs, opportunities, and features to align with the overall vision and business objectives.
• Create the product roadmap, develop business cases.
• Write lean product specs and acceptance criteria; prioritize for iterative releases and manage the product backlog to guide development efforts.
• Work with development teams to build, test, and iterate on the product, ensuring it meets clients’ needs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other teams when needed to solve dependencies
• Communicate with various stakeholders to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Partner with AI Lab leadership and product team on trade‑offs (quality vs latency vs cost), and on setting up product priorities, roadmap.
• Manage the performance of AI‑driven workflows, ensuring they align with desired outcomes and managing data inputs and outputs.
• Navigate and address ethical considerations, such as bias in AI algorithms, and ensure responsible AI practices are followed.
• Ensure compliance requirements (data privacy, residency, audit) are captured in backlog
• Oversee clients’ onboarding/setup, support and maintenance

• Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end SaaS product development and operating secure multi‑tenant, customer‑facing SaaS products used by real users at scale
• Strong expertise in product innovation and deep understanding of full product lifecycle; fluency in experimentation and instrumentation.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Product development and user research skills to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data science, and GenAI technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps, CI/CD and model lifecycle management
• Technical literacy to understand feasibility and discuss technical challenges with the team.
• Strong business acumen and market analysis skills to identify opportunities and build business cases.
• Ability to determine the feasibility, desirability, and viability of AI products.
• Strong quant and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ethical leadership skills to navigate the complex ethical landscape of AI.
• Strategic thinking and decision‑making skills to balance innovation with product goals.
• You are business‑oriented, data‑centric, passionate about building products that deliver tangible value to our clients
• Proficiency in English. German is a plus
• Success Metrics: Outcome metrics achieved; product adoption/retention; roadmap predictability; client satisfaction.
