Location: Bonnsuchen, full-time 40 hours/week

• Maintain a visible, friendly, and accessible presence at store entrances to protect customers, staff, and merchandise
• Prevent losses on the sales floor
• Ensure the security of our products in collaboration with the store team
• Implement effective conflict resolution

• High self-motivation and resilience, excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Experience in customer service, security, or related fields is helpful but not mandatory
