The Key Account Manager (KAM) will drive sales with key accounts across Germany, UK, France, Austria, BeNeLux and Spain within the Powersports, Cycling, and Lifestyle sectors.
This role focuses on long-term partnerships at a pan-European level and reports to the Sales Director Europe.
The portfolio of offered brands will variate on the different markets.
Position Revelyst brands as the preferred choice in pan European key accounts.
Maximize revenue and profitability through proactive sales strategies.
Monitor, support and lead the KAM's from different territories.
Implement trade marketing campaigns and enhance sales.
Manage sales through pre-book and re-order business models.
Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and meet performance KPIs.
Dealer's Market Management.
Develop tailored assortment plans and strategic merchandising presentations.
Align wholesale e-commerce strategies with D2C retail initiatives.
Attend trade fairs and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Work in close exchange with product-development team to align offerings with market demand.
Qualifikationen:
5+ years of experience in key account sales.
Background in Powersports, Cycling, or Outdoor Sporting Goods.
Strong customer service and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to travel up to 80%.
Fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus).
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple projects.
