- Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games
- Manage and mentor a squad of motion designers, graphic designers, and creative developers
- Drive high‑performing marketing creatives (videos, playables, IECs, GIFs, static)
- Oversee App Store visuals (icons, screenshots, titles, videos)
- Build and optimize creative testing methodologies
- Partner with UA teams to make fast, data‑driven creative decisions
- Identify and set new creative trends in the gaming space
- 5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles
- Hybrid‑casual experience and Simulation games- a huge advantage
- Proven success building creative strategies and growth‑driving campaigns
- Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluent in English
