Strategy:
- Shape and execute FactoryBerlin’smarketingstrategy for our shift into aneocompany builderand supporter of artists from all backgrounds.
- Own the annual marketing plan, channel mix, and budget allocation.
- Act as the operational bridge between marketing andother teams.
Brand Development:
- Strengthenand evolve FactoryBerlin’s brand presence across all touchpoints:website, social, paid, email, PR, events,OOH and more.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content, copy, and creative output.
- Co‑develop campaigns thatstrengthen Factory’s Berlin’s new brand positioning.
Campaigns & Channels:
- Own all marketing channelsincluding:email marketing, CRM flows, paid campaigns, social, website, search, and offline activations.
- Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns fortalent acquisition, events, and thought leadership.
- Lead event marketing for high‑profile productions (e.g., summits, panels, creative experiences), ensuring strong attendance, visibility, and post‑event momentum.
SEO, Content & Website:
- Oversee website content, ensuring clear positioning, conversion‑focused UX, and strong on‑page SEO.
- Conduct regular audits,prioritizingorganic traffic growth.
- Identifycontent opportunities based on search demand, market trends, and competitor insights.
Paid Media:
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Own targeting, bidding, creative testing, landing pages, and budgetoptimisation.
- Report on ROI and continuously refine the paid strategy to reach founders, creatives, and talent.
Analytics, Reporting & Tracking:
- Build reporting frameworks to measure funnel performance, campaign ROI, and event impact.
- Translate data into action:identifyingopportunities,optimisingspend, andinforming leadership decisions.
Partnerships & Cross‑Functional Work:
- Serve as the main marketing counterpart for key partnerships and venture collaborations.
- Develop co‑marketing activations with partners, founders, and creators.
- Support venture teams with strategic insights, positioning, and go‑to‑market guidance when required.
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years in marketing with experience in high‑growth environments (startup, agency, tech, creative, or venture).
- Proven ability to run integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong hands‑on skills across email marketing, paid media, SEO, analytics, and copywriting.
- Experience building or elevating brands, ideally in tech, creativity, or innovation.
- Confidence moving between strategy and execution from writing copy topresenting toleadership.
- Data‑driven mindset paired with strong creative instinct.
- Comfort in fast‑moving, builder‑style environments.
