Your Tasks

• Prompt Development: Design, test, and refine prompts for tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and more to deliver brand‑aligned outputs.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with copywriters, designers, and strategists to blend AI content into concepts and presentations.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure outputs meet creative standards, reflect brand voice, and comply with ethical, copyright, and data privacy regulations.
• Prompt Library: Build and maintain a repository of reusable prompts for various use cases.
• Experimentation: Explore new AI tools, evaluate usability, and share insights.
• Workflow Integration: Streamline AI adoption in creative processes.
• Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices and train teams on AI‑assisted creativity.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of AI developments and share key insights.

Your Profile

• Strong interest in feature films, advertising, video gaming, and animation
• 2+ years of experience working with generative AI tools or in a related creative/technical role
• Solid understanding of how AI models work and how to guide them effectively
• Creative thinker with a structured approach to problem‑solving
• Familiarity with tools like Runway, ComfyUI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Moonvalley, Google Veo3, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, among others
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Creatively driven, meticulous, team‑oriented, proactive, and curious
• Solid understanding of licensing and copyright principles
