Acting as a deputy for the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations (e.g., cash register, stockroom, visual merchandising, shop floor) and assisting with personnel matters (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with the Store Manager.
Driving store performance through professional customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient processes, always in compliance with retail standards.
Shared responsibility for achieving sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales promotion initiatives.
