Where? At our location in Berlin

• Continuously develop and optimize the internal developer platform
• Create, maintain and improve automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and streamline the software delivery lifecycle
• Develop and maintain tools, libraries and frameworks that support rapid application development and testing and help developers be more productive
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management processes
• Optimize and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure
• Optimization and development of monitoring, logging and analytics tools to provide our developers with important insights into the performance and resource usage of their applications
• Participation in on-call duty in alternation and consultation with the team

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, information technology or comparable
• You already have several years of professional experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or in a similar technical role in a technology-oriented company
• You have strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• You have in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu, Crossplane and AWS CDK
• You bring experience with GitOps practices, including deployment and management of Kubernetes workloads with tools such as ArgoCD
• You are proficient in CI/CD processes and tools, with experience in developing, building and maintaining pipelines
• You have experience in implementing, monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and observability. )
• You bring expertise in scripting and automation for infrastructure and application management
• You bring exceptional problem solving skills
• You enjoy working in a team but also independently and are communicative
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
