Role Responsibilities
- Develop Digital Learning Strategies that align with the company’s objectives and language program
- Oversee online Learning Systems and Platforms
- Promote and brand English courses through Social Media Campaigns
- Develop educational posts, videos, reels, articles and so on
- Build trust with potential clients, respond to inquiries, comments and messages
- Track engagement metrics
- Set monthly targets and design promo offers as Sales Strategies
- Customer Relationship Management through follow-ups and conversions
- Ensure Upselling & Cross-selling as well as engaging Feedback Loops
- Conduct English Language Sessions which are engaging, learner-centered and tailored to the different proficiency levels
- Create course materials, activities and assessments based on modern English teaching methodologies
- Provide guidance, track learner progress, and maintain student performance reports
- Stay updated with current teaching trends and integrate digital tools to enhance learning outcomes
- Work with Designers & Developers as well as partner with Influencers or Institutions and build strong collaborations
- Train new staff through mentoring or onboarding
