Vice President Sales Switzerland (m / f / d)
As Vice President Sales Switzerland, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for the Swiss market, playing a pivotal role in shaping our commercial direction while building and guiding a high-performing ecosystem for long-term success.
Key responsibilities
- Build and drive a sales growth strategy in the country.
- Understanding the competitive landscape, presence, and our position within the market.
- Carry out active territory planning and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline monitoring.
- Inspire and motivate the Sales team to develop innovative prospecting activity, negotiation abilities, and closing opportunities.
- Be the sales coach and lead performance improvement.
- Carry out the development of new local solutions based on the group’s solutions and product suite.
- Increasing our market share by establishing and growing our ecosystem. Develop strategic relationships with partners, vendors, equipment suppliers, and other key players in the market.
- Build effective and constructive working relationships with Finance and Operations departments on all topics impacting the country’s performance.
- Key Stakeholder Management across the organization (e.g. Board of Management, People & Culture, Group Marketing)
- Align and engage in C-level meetings to properly understand customer business requirements and market trends.
- Cross-collaboration within the region and with other subsidiaries.
What you need to succeed in the role
- A strong local network and extensive experience in leasing and sales leadership.
- Ability to structure complex financing deals.
- Strong prospecting and customer-centricity skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic personality.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and operations management systems is a plus.
