Qualifikationen

YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinate and implement training programs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify training needs and plan annual and quarterly qualification measures
  • Support wind farm construction sites with tailored training solutions
  • Collaborate with departments, clients, and service providers
  • Advise stakeholders on training offerings and manage trainer assignments
  • Maintain and develop the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Contribute to the creation and rollout of new training products and processes
YOUR PROFIL
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or similar, or vocational training with relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, events, or professional development
  • Knowledge of adult education and instructional methods is a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured work approach
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS365 tools
  • Fluent in English (German and/or Spanish is a plus)
