Dive into a dynamic role that spans the entire value chain of wind farm construction-from logistics and tower production to installation and commissioning
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and implement training programs for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify training needs and plan annual and quarterly qualification measures
- Support wind farm construction sites with tailored training solutions
- Collaborate with departments, clients, and service providers
- Advise stakeholders on training offerings and manage trainer assignments
- Maintain and develop the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of new training products and processes
YOUR PROFIL- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or similar, or vocational training with relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, events, or professional development
- Knowledge of adult education and instructional methods is a plus
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured work approach
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS365 tools
- Fluent in English (German and/or Spanish is a plus)
