Job description
Tasks
- Strengthen engineering support activities by proactively assisting with technical tasks and processes
- Provide support in the application and use of methods and tools at Level 1 and Level 2
- Ensure the efficient use of tools and methods by end users
- Conduct training to introduce new tools and methods to end users
- Communicate with users to clarify questions and problems in the application of methods and tools
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience
Requirements
- Completed studies in engineering
- Many years of professional experience in engineering, IT/information systems and project management
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Detailed user knowledge with Catia V5 as well as very good expertise with PDM/PLM systems, especially Windchill
- Business fluent in English (min. C1), knowledge of German an advantage
- An existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
