This is an onsite role with a salary range of $93,200 to $155,400 annually, based on experience and performance.

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Software Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering practices and extensive experience with Python, as well as other foundational languages such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Ruby, Pearl, and additional languages commonly associated with automation. This role requires the ability to conduct end‑to‑end processes, design the best automation solution, and develop the solutions. The successful candidate will also be eager to learn and implement other automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and explore AI solutions such as Agentic AI.
The Deloitte Intelligent Automation (IA) Specialist engages with client stakeholders, IT personnel, process owners, software vendors, engineering/support teams, and other members of the DPR engagement to analyze and qualify processes for automation, as well as design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate Intelligent Automation (IA) capabilities in the client’s environments. This role includes serving as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor.

The wage range for this role is $93,200 to $155,400, with adjustments for geographic differential. Eligible candidates may also participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
