Overview
About us: As one of Germany’s leading HealthTech companies, we are transforming discharge management by making it technology-driven, patient-centered, and free of bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we are developing AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and for aftercare providers, relieve the burden on healthcare professionals, and put the focus back on patients. We currently connect over two-thirds of all German hospitals with more than 650 rehabilitation clinics, and over 25,000 care and homecare providers. With around 70 employees, we are continuing to grow and are looking for people wanting to improve the healthcare system with us.
An example: When a patient needs to go to a rehabilitation clinic after a hospital stay, hospital staff need to find a space in a rehabilitation clinic offering the services the patient requires (often still done via phone or fax (yes, fax…)).
With our solution, hospital staff simply need to import all relevant information into our platform using a software integration. A search is then started to find a relevant place in our network of rehabilitation clinics. Patient data and files are transparently and securely exchanged with relevant parties along the way and hospital staff can communicate in a secure way (end-to-end encryption) with providers.
In addition to rehabilitation, we also provide solutions for patients requiring a care home place, home care and medical supplies. Our product combines a SaaS with a marketplace to automate time-intensive tasks enabling hospital staff to focus on their patients rather than processes.
Now as the next step, we’re going way beyond our core business by aiming to eliminate bureaucracy in hospitals with a complete AI product portfolio.
