Your mission

• Be a storyteller for your clients, transforming complex topics into relatable, engaging and impactful social media content.
• Develop and implement tailored social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), ensuring they align with client goals and drive engagement.
• Oversee community management to foster engagement, handle crises, and nurture a positive brand image for clients.
• Work in close collaboration with the other crafts - Editorial, Creation, PR&Comms, Strategy and Account Management - in order to deliver integrated campaigns and always-on-content across multiple channels and to ensure high-quality content creation and timely delivery.
• Be the key point of contact for all social media-related discussions with and for the client.
• Identify potentials for the improvement of social media activities based on trends, reports and data analyses.
• Manage social media budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Your profile

• You have proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, ideally within a marketing and/or PR agency.
• You have an exceptional understanding of all major social media platforms and stay on top of trends.
• Your have experience with social media advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• You have strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
• You have excellent writing skills and can effectively brief the creative team on producing videos and images.
• You have excellent communications skills in both German and English.
• You are creative with a strategic mindset.
