Our client – an international consultancy – is looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is remote; however, travel will be required, and you must be based in Germany.

The company specializes in strategy, architecture, and cutting-edge SAP technologies, offering professionals opportunities to work on impactful projects with global exposure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in the Materials Management (MM) area, utilizing a mix of technical, consulting, and leadership skills.
• Oversee complex SAP S/4HANA projects related to materials management, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP MM capabilities to enhance business processes.
• Incorporate industry best practices in solution design and conduct fit-to-standard workshops to analyze current business processes.
• Plan and execute fit-gap analyses to assess areas of improvement, develop tailored solutions, and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with nearshore/offshore teams for smooth delivery of implementations and serve as the primary point of contact for client project management teams, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent qualifications or training will also be considered.
• At least 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with a proven track record of implementing SAP-based materials management solutions.
• Deep understanding of materials management processes, including procurement, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.
• Ability to design systems accommodating unique customer requirements.
• Experience with S/4HANA projects or certification in S/4HANA is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset for identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing solutions.

Languages & Location:

• Fluent English and B2 German are required for this role.
• You must be based in Germany.
