Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for experienced Senior Project Manager who not only lead projects to success but also coach colleagues and actively contribute to improving internal operations. In this role, you'll drive key initiatives, support departmental leadership, and help shape workflows in the fast‑paced world of esports and gaming. This is an on‑site position based in Berlin‑Spandau.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex, cross‑functional projects on time, within scope and budget

• Coordinate teams and resources, and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Coach & mentor: support your colleagues’ professional and personal growth

• Drive the development of operational processes and ensure compliance with quality standards

• Apply and train others in standard project management tools and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Identify risks early and initiate effective mitigation strategies

• Moderate meetings, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing formats

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels

Your profile

Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or operational leadership

• Proven track record managing large, complex projects

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

• Proficiency with standard PM tools and Agile practices

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• Experience in coaching and developing team members

Preferred:

• Solid knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience optimizing business operations and workflows

• Background in gaming or esports, and agency work

• Project Management and/or Scrum certifications

• Passion for gaming and esports
