JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Senior Pricing Manager at Westwing, you will be responsible for optimising pricing strategies and tools across our markets. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence and drive Westwing’s growth by shaping pricing approaches, conducting tests, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to assess financial impact and support data‑driven decision‑making. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Streamline day‑to‑day pricing processes to increase efficiency and support faster decision‑making; maintain, improve, and automate pricing tools to ensure a reliable and data‑driven workflow execution
  • Set up and maintain Westwing’s pricing structures across countries, ensuring consistent implementation, and monitor pricing strategies to ensure reaching of financial goals within dynamic markets
  • Track market and competitor prices to ensure ongoing competitiveness and plan, run, and evaluate pricing and discount tests, providing insights and recommendations
  • Use BI tools, predictive models and AI to support data‑driven pricing decisions and further develop pricing dashboards and KPIs to measure pricing effectiveness
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (Inventory Management, Marketing, Buying, Finance, Private Label) and present findings in clear, creative, and engaging data visualisations
  • Ensure high data quality and continuously improve the pricing data infrastructure in close collaboration with the data team
YOU COME WITH
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, business administration, or a comparable discipline
  • 4+ years of hands‑on pricing experience in e‑commerce, retail, or consumer goods
  • Passion for execution and building efficient processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid experience in pricing models, elasticity, and competitive dynamics
  • Confident working with BI tools, data models, and predictive analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools
