As a (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the marketing team and act as the interface to our community. You will promote constant contact, provide inspiration and implement ideas to maintain close ties with our customers.

Your Tasks
  • Strategic CRM Management: You manage Juit’s CRM activities across all relevant channels and tools (email, in-app, push notifications, web, CS).
  • Email Journey Optimization: You optimize automated email campaigns along the customer lifecycle. You are responsible for the maintenance of email journeys.
  • Newsletter Management: You handle the building and scheduling of the weekly newsletter.
  • Analysis and Reporting: You establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all CRM and email campaigns/communications. You are responsible for the reporting and analysis of campaigns.
  • Content & Testing: You define content topics and triggers for different stages of the customer lifecycle. You design and carry out A/B tests in order to improve our marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration & Optimization: You collaborate with brand, data & BI teams to understand consumer segmentation/behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in CRM strategy. You partner with the Brand, Sales, Operations, and Product Team to identify new opportunities in marketing technology.
  • Innovation & LTV: You research and test new channels to improve customer loyalty and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
