A leading eMobility solutions provider is seeking a (Senior) Business Development Representative to drive growth in the DACH region. The role involves identifying and qualifying business opportunities while collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Candidates should have over 3 years in B2B sales, an understanding of the DACH market, and proficiency in CRM tools. A hybrid work model is offered, combining onsite and remote work in Berlin.
As our Business Development Representative - DACH (all gender), you will play a key role in driving Hubject's growth in our most important and strategic market.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across the DACH region – with a strong focus on Germany. You will be helping expand Hubject’s footprint in the rapidly evolving eMobility ecosystem and collaborate closely with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams to build a healthy pipeline, nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, and support the overall sales process from first contact through to handover.
Your mission: to open doors, spark meaningful conversations, and lay the foundation for long-term commercial success in the DACH region – strengthening Hubject’s position as the leading platform for interoperable eMobility services.
We develop ideas and deliver solutions for the eMobility market. We are working on the most important growth topics and are an international team of very motivated eMobility enthusiasts. We also have over 30 benefits in different categories:

Onsite in Berlin is preferred. Hybrid system:
2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote
EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin – Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility
Remote is also an option.
