What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in creative, digital or advertising agencies.
• Profound knowledge of project management, particularly in preparing proposals and briefs.
• Confident in creating and giving presentations.
• A strong understanding of creativity and creative processes.
• Excellent German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of market research and data interpretation.
