A global consumer goods company seeks a Selective Retail Marketing & Activation Manager to oversee marketing for professional haircare products. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree, has 5+ years in retail marketing, and expertise in influencer-driven campaigns and visual merchandising. What you´ll do
As the Selective Retail Marketing & Activation Manager for our professional haircare products, you will own the full marketing engine for our Selective Retail channels.
You will lead end-to-end consumer activation across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring premium, brand‑right execution across Europe.
Your scope covers in‑store activation, online activation (eCom & digital retail media), influencer‑driven launch moments, social‑first content adaptation, retail calendars, visual merchandising, and POS excellence.
You will translate our brand strategies into consistent, high‑quality consumer experiences that elevate our selective retail presence.
You will closely work with Brand Marketing, Sales, Education, Supply Chain and Global teams to drive flawless go‑to‑market execution.
This role is a central driver for consumer engagement, retail impact, and the acceleration of our prestige retail strategy.
Master's degree in business administration or similar.
5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Activation or Consumer Engagement, ideally in beauty, prestige retail, luxury or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of selective retail environments (Sephora, Douglas, specialty beauty retailers) and how to win with consumers across the online + offline journey.
Proven experience in in‑store activation, online retail activation, influencer‑driven campaigns, and social‑first launch strategies.
Experience developing and executing visual merchandising, retail assets, POS materials and campaign toolkits across multiple markets.
Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are an advantage.
