Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in managing SAP implementations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, SAP Activate).

Important information

• Role is a 6 month rolling contractor / Freelance position (full time)
• Fluent in German and professional level English
• Role will be remote but with travel to sites within Germany / Austria occasionally
• Experience in end to end migration to SAP S4 HANA (automotive preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation projects in the automotive domain.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business users
• Ensure all SAP project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Support user training, change management, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure quality assurance, system testing, and successful go-live planning.

Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or Business.
• PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing SAP implementations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, SAP Activate).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
