Overview

For our client, an innovative company in the e-mobility sector and charging infrastructure, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable B2B Fleet Account Specialist on a temporary employment basis. This is a part-time position with 20 hours per week in the north-western part of Munich.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: You will be the central contact person for new and existing fleet customers. Your tasks include answering inquiries and providing the necessary information to support new partners during their onboarding. You will act as the opera
  • Operational Support: You will coordinate with various internal departments, such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations, to meet partner needs and resolve issues. This includes handling technical, billing, and legal questions efficiently
  • Data Management: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. You will ensure data consistency and identify potential improvements to data workflows.
  • Professional Communication: You will manage the shared fleet mailbox and provide professional, clear, and timely responses. Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent and customer-centric communication is a key part of the role
Erfahrungen
  • You have a completed vocational training or a comparable qualification.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You are a self-starter, adaptable, and a fast learner.
  • You are reliable, confident, and results-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • You have a strong interest in e-mobility and charging infrastructure.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus, but not required.
