We specialize in LiDAR, photogrammetry, and topographic data collection and have been entrusted as surveying project managers for some of the nation’s leading engineering firms. Location: Remote | Full-Time.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) licensed in Texas to serve as the surveyor of record and help us establish and grow our licensed surveying practice. Responsibilities

• Serve as RPLS of record for firm licensure in Texas
• Review, sign, and seal survey deliverables
• Oversee and guide survey crews (remotely and on-site as needed)
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance on all survey projects
• Provide technical leadership in projects involving LiDAR and photogrammetry (experience a plus, training provided)
• Collaborate with engineering clients on large electrical infrastructure projects
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Help build and refine systems that support scalable, long-term growth
