What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage quotation and order processing for fine art transport projects, both national and international
• Organise and coordinate complex transport operations including packaging, customs, and insurance
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish
• Plan and schedule courier trips related to fine art logistics
• Implement and manage framework agreements and contractual terms
• Conduct post-project calculations and manage cost control
• Oversee accurate invoice creation and service billing
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and transport standards
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each project
• Collaborate with international partners, agents, and service providers
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain clear, professional communication in both German and English

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably within fine art transport
• Alternatively, relevant background in galleries, museums, or auction houses
• Strong understanding of transport planning and customs clearance
