A global consumer health company is seeking a Professional Marketing Lead in Heidelberg. This role focuses on developing HCP strategies aligned with business goals in the Self Care area, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences, along with a strong track record in HCP communication relevant to OTC medicines. Health Professional (HCP) marketing is a critical part of the Reckitt strategy to achieve our purpose and ambition in Self Care. The Health Professional Marketing team designs and implements strong strategies and relevant content to win with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) across a range of communication channels. The team uses patient & HCP insights, innovations, claims, scientific evidence, Go-To-Market (GTM) roadmaps and toolkits to achieve their objectives and measures success against Key Performance Indicators.
As Professional Marketing Lead supporting the DACH business, you will be a key business partner to the commercial teams, particularly the OTC Marketing and Sales functions.
Working in strong collaboration with the global and local regulatory and legal teams, Global Brand Teams but also the Global Professional Marketing Teams you will lead the development of local HCP engagement strategies aligned to the defined success model and category strategies. Through global toolkits, the latest evidence and local HCP and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insights you will lead the adaptation and transcreation of HCP and patient communication materials and their delivery to HCP using a locally relevant multi‑channel approach which includes face‑to‑face, digital and print content.
You will also be responsible for the training of our dedicated detailing teams.
The combination of scientific knowledge, commercial and patient understanding and a collaborative management style makes the Professional Marketing Lead also the key representer of Reckitt, its science and its product towards KOLs and other external stakeholders as well as the detailing force executing face‑to‑face communication with HCPs.
