We are looking for support from October 2025 to June 2026

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in supporting the set-up, testing, and roll-out of the new RGM tool in Germany.
• Work closely with the Regional RGM team based in France & Local German Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Document processes, provide feedback, and help train colleagues on tool usage.
• Contribute to RGM objectives: set RGM goals and performance KPIs, track performance, and participate in corrective actions with the sales teams.
• Assist in pricing development mandates: collaborate with the regional RGM team on building pricing development mandates aligned with European customer relationship strategies.
• Facilitate RGM knowledge and culture sharing: participate in initiatives to spread and strengthen RGM know-how across functions (Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain).

Expected profile

• Business Administration, first internship experiences ideally in FMCG or consulting.
• Fluent in English and German.

Skills

• Strong interest in Revenue Management, Sales and/or Finance (study background or first experience is a plus).
• Motivated to quickly develop RGM expertise (processes, methodologies, data management, business levers, KPIs).
• Good analytical and digital skills and enjoy working with data.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset with good organizational and planning skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
• Solid Excel skills and a strong analytical way of thinking.
