The role You will collaborate with managers and P&C partners to develop innovative compensation solutions and reward programmes in Germany by implementing the strategic direction of the P&C Reward and Recognition (PR&R) chapter.
As an expert on global and local compensation market trends you will work closely with the P&C Business Partner to ensure that all employees are paid fairly and competitively. You will lead continuous improvement projects and develop programs that value and motivate our employees while ensuring that all global guidelines are followed.
We are a collaborative international team of P&C professionals. We support diverse Roche divisions and locations with a OneRoche mindset. As trusted advisors we consult with business leaders on a variety of challenges. We shape Roche's workplace culture to ensure everyone feels valued and rewarded.
