Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification.
• Must have good knowledge of goods traffic within the EU and internationally.
• Must have knowledge of foreign trade, customs and export control.
• Experience with relevant IT tools for customs and export.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Good English skills.
• Communicative team player with an independent working style.

Your Tasks

• Operational implementation of BELECTRIC customer projects in relation to procurement and logistics, including import and export
• Independent processing and tracking of procurement processes: order processing, monitoring of delivery dates and invoice verification
• Communication with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Internal interface to project management
• Joint responsibility for the operational supply chain in the project
• Preparation and review of all necessary documents for import/export processes (e.g. tariff classification of materials, preparation of certificates of origin, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable qualification.
• Must have: good knowledge of goods traffic within the EU and internationally.
• Must have: knowledge of foreign trade, customs and export control.
• Experience with relevant IT tools for customs and export.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Good English skills
• Your skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with an independent working style and intercultural competence
