As a Multimedia Designer for Enablement you will design and develop high‑quality videos and custom visuals. You will work closely with the Instructional Designers in the team to build engaging learning experiences.

Your responsibilities

• Design and create beautiful graphics and engaging videos.
• Design multimedia output that is accessible.
• Update video footage and insert effects/ elements to enhance the experience.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers to develop innovative concepts and ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Support further developing the visual experience of our Academy.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand our AI platform and build multimedia content enabling our end‑users.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques to produce innovative multimedia content.
• Build skills in learning design, instructional design and video recording.

Your profile

• Ability to break down complex technical topics into intuitive visual content.
• Experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Enthusiastic about co‑creating and innovating processes.
• First experience or high interest in accessible design.
• Fluency in German and English languages.

Nice to have

• Experience or background in learning or instructional design.
• First experience in video recording and post‑production.
