Medical Product Manager

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated medical product manager to join our team.

Floy supports radiologists by enhancing their diagnostics efforts with unconventional AI products focused on overlooked diseases. You will lead a fast-paced scientific team tasked with developing innovative algorithms to address unexplored radiological diagnostics problems. Your work influences radiologists' decisions and impacts patient outcomes.

The goal is to push beyond common medical research boundaries and develop state-of-the-art models that benefit real-world patients. Together with a technical lead, you will oversee model development from inception to clinical release. Where applicable, patents and publications in leading conferences/journals are encouraged.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with company objectives and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, regulatory, and clinical experts to define product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee development of product features, user interface, and integration with existing radiology workflows.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive continuous product improvements, working directly with customers and stakeholders to ensure product-market fit.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including FDA, CE, and other relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, user satisfaction, and key metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
