Your main missions :

• Monitoring and maintenance of the company buildings and outdoor facilities to ensure they are in good condition.
• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance work and technical checks.
• Control and management of building services, such as heating, air conditioning and lighting.
• Liaising with external service providers and tradesmen for larger maintenance and repair jobs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Supporting relocations and internal remodelling work.
• Regularly checking the facilities for defects and proactively rectifying them.
• Managing and monitoring consumables and ordering them as required.

Perfil

• Professional experience:

  Ideally experience in building management, building services or as a caretaker.

• Specialist skills:

  Technical understanding and manual dexterity.

  Basic knowledge in dealing with technical building systems.

  Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technical systems.

• Personal strengths:

  Reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.

  Good organisational skills and a proactive approach.

  Ability to work in a team and flexibility.

• Language skills:

  Knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English is an advantage.
