What you can expect
  • Serve as the primary legal contact for our group companies and business units, with a focus on energy and e-mobility.
  • Advise on the drafting and negotiation of national and international supply and distribution agreements in the e-mobility sector.
  • Review and negotiate Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts related to e-mobility.
  • Provide legal support for the launch and distribution of new products within the e-mobility business unit.
  • Support market entry activities, including coordination with external legal advisors.
  • Develop legal structuring options for new business areas.
  • Provide legal guidance on special projects of strategic importance across the group.
  • Independently manage your workflows and take full ownership of legal matters.
What makes you stand out
  • You hold both German state law examinations, ideally with honors.
  • You have gained experience in Commercial Law, Energy Regulation, or E-Mobility (however, we explicitly welcome applications from recent graduates as well).
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across various departments and have a strong interest in commercial topics and economic contexts.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, process-driven approach, and assertiveness.
  • You possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and committed.
  • You work independently and proactively, and your empathetic, persuasive, and confident personality completes your profile.
