This role is designed as an onsite position, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

The Cloud Developer builds solutions to meet mission-critical application needs, focusing on innovative, end-to-end technical solutions for customer problems. They analyze complex data, engineer new ideas, and collaborate to deliver cloud-based solutions that add business value across systems and platforms.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions involve applying intermediate subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems. The role involves independent work within an established framework, with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and formalize machine learning problems related to network diagnostics, root cause analysis, remediation, and optimization in wireless and wired networks.
• Discover new problem signatures in customer networks.
• Design, implement, and validate machine learning algorithms on big data.
• Oversee deployment and monitor operation of machine learning solutions.
• Utilize Agentic AI to solve networking problems.
• Analyze feature specifications and perform coding, testing, and integration activities.
• Design and develop cloud application modules adhering to security policies.
• Debug issues and create solutions for code and integration problems.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for features, ensuring performance, scalability, usability, and security.
• Deploy cloud systems and applications using CI/CD pipelines for automation.
• Contribute to innovation and integration of new technologies.
• Analyze complex data processing problems to develop solutions for application, system, or network issues.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong background in statistical and machine learning techniques such as anomaly detection, clustering, time series analysis, deep learning.
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
• Expert in Python (PySpark, Scikit-learn) with good software engineering practices.
• Relevant industry experience in data science and machine learning.
• Experience with online learning, reinforcement learning, semi-supervised learning, or event streams.
• Experience with Agentic AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with wireless and wired networking protocols is advantageous.

Cloud architectures, cross-domain knowledge, design thinking, DevOps, distributed computing, microservices, full-stack development, security mindset, UX.
