• Design and implementation of AI applications and continuous improvement of AI applications and models
• Advising and training the specialist departments and promoting understanding of AI applications
• Realization and continuous development of innovative applications for internal AI services in engineering together with interdisciplinary project teams
• Analyzing and researching market trends and technological developments in the field of AI in order to design and implement current and future-proof solutions

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
• Practical experience in the realization of AI projects, preferably in the PLM environment
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI as well as their practical application
• Knowledge of project management and agile methods desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High level of motivation and willingness to actively shape and accompany change as well as a hands‑on mentality
