Your mission

As an Inside Sales (m/f/d), you will support our sales team with administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders. Your work will play a key role in increasing the efficiency of our sales operations, improving customer satisfaction, and helping us achieve our business goals. You ensure that our internal processes run smoothly – making a direct contribution to our shared success.

What you will do

  • You will support our sales team in maintaining and developing sales territories and customer data.

  • You will adjust contracts, regularly update company data, and verify contact information for accuracy.

  • You will create quotes for existing and potential customers and pass verified orders to the consulting team.

  • You will check orders for completeness, forward them for processing, and enter them into the ERP system.

  • You will support marketing activities such as campaigns, trade shows, and events – from preparation to follow-up.

  • You will actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes and workflows within Inside Sales.

  • You will help organize customer events, such as user days or trade fairs, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.


Your profile
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent relevant professional experience

  • Confident handling of administrative tasks in a sales environment

  • Experience in creating and tracking quotes, as well as order verification

  • Proficient in using ERP systems for order processing

  • Skilled in maintaining and updating customer data, contacts, and company structures

  • Structured, reliable working style with a strong team orientation

  • Initial experience in optimizing internal processes within a sales context

  • Interest in modern sales and CRM tools
