As a trusted business partner, you will ensure the smooth execution of all HR-related processes while acting as a key interface between management, employee representatives, and employees. In this pivotal role, you will contribute directly to the seamless flow of production and the overall success of our sites.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related and labor law topics.
  • Take ownership of the entire employee life cycle, from employee relations and personnel measures to HR administration.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative and trustworthy relationship with the works council.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll in close cooperation with our central payroll department.
  • Drive competency development, training, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Oversee and analyze HR reporting, ensuring alignment with KPIs and compliance requirements.
  • Actively support health, safety, and employee well-being activities.
  • Continuously manage, optimize, and further develop HR processes, tools, and systems.
  • Act as the main point of contact for authorities, public institutions, and other external stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the local HR team to ensure strong performance and engagement.
Your Skills & Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR.
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR within an industrial environment, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, social security, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Proven expertise in HR concept and project work.
  • Strong experience working with works councils and employee representatives.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and structured working style with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and strong team spirit.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
