Zusammenfassung

Ein führendes Unternehmen für Spezialdünger in Düsseldorf sucht einen Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d). In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie für die strategische und operative Leitung der gesamten Lieferkette verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Managementteam zusammen, entwickeln datengestützte Lösungen und leiten ein Team von 7 Mitarbeitern. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sind erforderlich. Wir bieten ein flexibles Arbeitsumfeld und attraktive Sozialleistungen.

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung oder Kontrolle von Lieferketten wünschenswert.
  • Sehr hohe digitale und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Lieferkette, einschließlich Einkauf, Produktionsplanung, Logistik und Lagerhaltung.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung strategischer Initiativen für Digitalisierung und Automatisierung.
  • Management eines Teams von derzeit ca. 7 Mitarbeitern.

Your mission

You will take on the strategic and operational management of the entire supply chain – from purchasing and production planning to logistics and warehousing. You will work closely with the management team to develop data-driven solutions that will make our company fit for the future.

Your responsibilities at a glance
  • Overall responsibility for the supply chain, including purchasing, production planning, logistics, and warehousing
  • Development and implementation of strategic initiatives for digitalization and automation
  • Establishment and further development of KPI systems and dashboards for process optimization
  • Management and further development of a team of currently approx. 7 employees
  • Close cooperation with all relevant interfaces (production, sales, purchasing, management)
  • Responsibility for supply chain stability, planning reliability, and resource availability
  • Evaluation and introduction of new software solutions in the SCM context
What you bring to the table
  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in managing or controlling supply chains would be desirable
  • Very high digital and analytical skills – you love data and use it for decision-making
  • Experience in working with ERP and planning systems (ERP3, Fastec, WMS, or similar)
  • Strong leadership experience, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
