Our Energy AI platform provides a standardized way to cut costs and emissions simultaneously. We enable enterprises to unlock cheap, renewable energy by decoupling energy sourcing from process demands and syncing flexible production with ultra-low price windows.

Responsibilities

But our AI alone isn't the whole story. To win, our clients must build a complete ecosystem around it: gaining visibility of new technologies, navigating complex process changes with expert consultancies, and fundamentally rethinking how they interact with energy markets.

Orchestrating these moving parts is mission-critical and we currently can\'t keep up with the amoutn of interested partners. That's why we need YOU: a strategic GTM & Partner Manager to build the alliances that will accelerate our growth, elevate the customer experience, and define the market.

You will own the partnership strategy from hypothesis to execution, measurably accelerating our ARR growth and market penetration.

I. Architect the Strategy

  1. Identify all relevant partnership fields (tech, consulting, energy).
  2. Create and test data-driven hypotheses to forecast GTM and ARR impact.

II. Prioritize & Validate

  1. Evaluate opportunities for the fastest, most cost-efficient growth.
  2. Quickly test hypotheses to guide resource investment for maximum return.

III. Drive Execution & Close Deals

  1. Design contracts from concept to successful launch.
  2. Independently lead outreach, negotiation and closing of partnerships.

IV. Scale & Manage for the Long-Term

  1. Scale successful models and partnerships.
  2. Establish frameworks to monitor joined value creation.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience working with C-levels and/or consultancies at a partnership level, ensuring you are perceived and respected as an equal counterpart.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and solving complex problems. Show us what you\'re capable of!
  • Professional fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent communication abilities with high-ranking stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience in project management and operational execution.
  • Expertise in creating and analyzing hypotheses and forecasts.
  • Experience in establishing evaluation and monitoring models.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changing market conditions.
  • Strong data-driven and analytical mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in Startup-Land (either as a Founder or Early Employee).
  • Experience as Chief of Staff or in a similar role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and an execution focus.
