You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails.

Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in German and proficiency in English.

  • Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday.
