Job Description

As part of the Funds team, you will advise clients on a broad range of Luxembourg and international fund matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs, regulated and unregulated)

• Drafting and reviewing fund documentation (prospectuses, LPAs, articles of association, service provider agreements)

• Advising on regulatory and governance aspects

• Supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of funds

• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Managing files with increasing autonomy

Candidate Profile

• Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List IV – mandatory)

• Experience in Investment Funds, ideally within a Luxembourg law firm

• Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations

• Ability to work autonomously while working closely with partners and teams

• Fluent in English; French is an asset

• Rigorous, proactive and client-focused mindset
