Zusammenfassung

Your workplace

Main tasks
  • You prepare conferences and events according to the ideas of our guests and the possibilities of our hotel
  • You will be responsible for correspondence and preparing quotations
  • You are the first point of contact and coordinate the interfaces to catering, kitchen and accommodation
  • You accompany the operational process of the events, take over the host function and welcome service
  • You take over the evaluation and follow-up of the events
What you bring with you
  • You have successfully completed training in the hotel industry, event service or similar
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • You love to organise and always maintain an overview
  • Your appearance and your manners and communication skills are exemplary
  • You have a strong guest and service orientation
  • You speak fluent German
