As part of our vision to own, develop, and operate destinations within creative hubs, we are actively working on several projects—our most ambitious being the Flussbad campus—a home for adventurous culture & ideas in Berlin. This evolving campus began its phased opening in 2023 with the opening of Reethaus, and will continue to grow over the coming year to include hotel accommodations, working lofts, a restaurant, an auditorium for dialogue and learning, and a comprehensive holistic health program woven throughout the site.

Reethaus—a semi-subterranean performance space—is a cornerstone of the Flussbad campus. Envisioned as a modern‑day temple, it integrates a 360‑degree spatial sound system to support immersive installations, body‑mind practices, creative expression, and holistic learning. As the campus expands, Reethaus sets the tone for a dynamic intersection of art, hospitality, and cultural innovation deeply inspired by Berlin’s creative spirit.
