The Role: You act as the main contact between Sales, Marketing, Production, and Logistics. You manage the entire "Order Receipt & Handling" process—from order entry and supply chain coordination to delivery and complaint management. You serve as the "One Face to the Customer," ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Located in Frankfurt am Main, you will work in a modern office with great views and transport links, supported by an experienced team.

What You’ll do:

• Own the order management process, from receiving and entering complex orders to processing and tracking deliveries, with proactive customer feedback.
• Handle complaints and returns efficiently and solutions-oriented.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Sales, and Logistics for seamless order processing.
• Contribute to Customer Service goals and process improvements.
• Analyze delivery performance and communicate with customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements with partners.
• Troubleshoot complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

What we’ll appreciate about you:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business or Logistics (preferred).
• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain, ideally internationally.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team-oriented attitude.
