Responsibilities

• Grinding of metal components on CNC flat and cylindrical grinding machines


• Polishing and lapping of metal components


• Processing production orders on schedule


• Consistent adherence to quality guidelines in accordance with EagleBurgmann factory standards


• Independent assurance of the quality of manufactured components


• Supporting the team in various tasks


• Filling in for others in the areas of deburring, polishing or washing as required


• Contributing to continuous improvements


• Willingness to undertake further training as required

Qualifications

• Training as an industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, grinder (m/f/d) or similar training


• Several years of professional experience in grinding/polishing/lapping desirable


• High level of quality awareness


• Good knowledge of reading drawings


• Handling of common measuring equipment


• Flexibility, motivation, ability to work in a team, independence


• Willingness to work shifts


• Basic knowledge of SAP, Documentum, MS Office programmes desirable


• Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written)


• You value order and cleanliness
